HELLO

FRIENDS!

im just writting regards to being scammed from a well known polish dog kennel names ADOXA kennels

ADOXA KENNELS POLAND  – BAD BREEDER BEHAVIOUR

ADOXA KENNELS, Westie breeders from Poland, HAVE TAKEN OUR MONEY for a female Westie pup and the TRANSPORT COST FROM POLAND TO AUSTRALIA  – $2,000 EURO and $1,890 EURO respectively – and failed to honour this commitment. They have ducked and weaved for a several years, making all sorts of excuses.

We have made a formal complaint to the Polish Kennel Club in July 2015 but have not received any response.

The complaint is twofold. Firstly, and primarily, that Adoxa has failed to deliver a West Highland White Terrier bitch to us in Melbourne, Australia, and have subsequently avoided repaying the payment for the bitch and the airfare that has been requested since the bitch was not delivered to us on 9 December 2013. The bitch was named Adoxa Amelia – microchip 985170002270779.

Adoxa claims that the bitch was killed on the way to the airport, having escaped from the vehicle when they stopped on the Freeway and was hit by a truck. However, in May this year, we became aware of a bitch called Adoxa Amelia that has the same birthdate as the Adoxa Amelia that was supposed to be delivered to us. This information is recorded on the website “westieinfo.com” and states that Amelia is owned by Jakob Kozlowski.

Adoxa has responded to our query on this matter by claiming that they had 2 litters born on this day and that they registered the name “Amelia” in both litters. Have you heard of this ? I find this very hard to believe. My understanding is you cannot use the same name more than once. This certainty the case in Australia.

The SECOND PART OF COMPLAINT – ADOXA is the NON-RESPONSIVENESS AND AVOIDANCE BEHAVIOUR THAT THEY HAVE EXHIBITED since we first approached them about purchasing a dog in 2007. We feel that we have been extraordinarily patient with these people and have given them every opportunity to act in an honest and responsible way.

BRIEF ABOUT BAD DOG BREEDERS BEHAVIOUR

In 2007 we contacted KRYZSTOF and MALGORZATA KOWZLASKA OF ADOXA KENNELS IN TARNOW regarding a male pup that we saw on their website. We liked the pedigree and ADOXA AGREED to SELL US THE PUP–“DENIS” – and export him to Australia. So, PAYMENTS WERE MADE AND WE OBTAINED THE IMPORTS PERMIT FROM THE AUSTRALIAN QUARANTINE SERVICES. We had to get a second import permit after the first one expired, which was after 6 months. When THE SECOND PERMIT WAS ABOUT TO EXPIRE I sent an email to ADOXA expressing my annoyance and concern.

They replied that Denis had grown too big and was no longer a show quality dog, They would give us another pup from a new litter – “Angelo”. What annoyed me was that they must have known this when I applied for the second permit – at a cost of $325 AUD for each permit. During this time we were stupid enough to go ahead and buy a girl pup from them – again we liked the pedigree. We kept asking for photos of the dogs but never received any – always promises of next week etc. They always had an excuse for not sending the dogs when they said they would. The excuses ranged from a gas leak in their house that caused damage and the house had to repaired and a series of expensive family health issues.

Once again, they advised us that the bitch had not developed up to standard and they would send another, better one – Amelia.

They were finally ready to send Angelo to us in late 2009, December.  HOWEVER, THERE WAS A CATCH – THEY WERE SHORT OF MONEY, and asked us to pay the airfare for Amelia in advance to cover the cost of sending Angelo. Although we were not happy about it, we did it so we could have Angelo out here. “He did arrive. We have not shown him as we do not think he is of show quality”.

It took up to Dec 2013 for the Kowzlaska’s to arrange the transport of Amelia to Australia. Once again, it cost us more than one import permit for this to happen. December 9 2013 was supposed to be the day that she flew out of Poland. Later that day, THE MANAGER of “AIRTRANS”, the freight company, EMAILED TO SAY THAT HE HAD BEEN CONTACTED BY “KRYZSTOF KOWZLASKA” to say that they had stopped on the road to the airport and opened the back door of the car, and Amelia had escaped and ran on the road and was killed by a truck. Sorry, just do not believe this!

We advised Adoxa that we had had enough and wanted or money back $2,000 Euro for the dog and $1,890 Euro for the transport cost. AirTrans had not been paid for the transport arrangement. They offered us 2 pups in compensation, but we had to pay the transport costs. Along with the cost of quarantine and import permits, this would cost us an additional amount around AUS$7,500. Sorry, but after this tragic history we have a major trust issue here.

We REAFFIRMED that we just wanted our money back. Kowzlaska’s said that “they would have to sell 2 pups from their next litters, due in February 2014, to get the money to refund us, and they would do this”. It is now October 2015 and we have not received any money nor received any further information from Adoxa.
